Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At Lishea Label, every piece is thoughtfully made to order with care and attention to detail. As a growing brand, we encourage customers to review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing an order.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, perfume, stains, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges
• We offer returns and exchanges for eligible orders within India.
• A nominal fee of ₹100 per item will be applicable for approved returns and exchanges. This fee helps cover reverse pickup, shipping, and handling costs.
• Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, our team will assist you with an alternative option.
• Each order is eligible for one return or exchange request only.
Refunds
• Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method after deducting the applicable return fee.
• Refund processing timelines may vary depending on your payment provider and bank.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and your order details.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable. In such cases where the issue is verified to be from our end, no additional charges will apply.
Important Notes
• Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and photography and are not considered defects.
• As many of our products are handcrafted and made to order, minor variations are a natural part of the garment’s uniqueness and authenticity.
• Orders purchased through third-party marketplaces are subject to the return and exchange policies of those respective platforms.
• Lishea Label reserves the right to approve or reject any return, exchange, or refund request after reviewing the product and supporting information.
